github - 1 commit behind a change which does not exist - Stack Overflow

I made a slight change to branch A, then made a PR(#1). I didn't like the change, so I rejected the PR(#1), reverted the changes in branch A, made a PR(#2), and approved the PR(#2). Nothing inside the main branch has been changed.

However, branch B (which has existed before all of this) is now saying that it is behind by 1 commit. Trying to resolve this brings me to PR#1, and as I have deleted branch A, I cannot do anything. It really annoys me now, what should I do?
