Does anyone know if there are any graphical N2 diagram tools that is capable of handling 1000:nds of nodes with dependencies? I am asking this question since all tools I have found so far on the web does not scale and in my perspective could be classified as toys.
I have tried all tools i have found so far by using google and stack overflow. In i am hoping for some hints/ideas on large scale tools.
